In June 2015 a friend dragged me along to a fitness class as she didn’t want to go alone. She abandoned me after 2 sessions! Not knowing anyone else there I wasn’t sure I would continue, but I made a choice to see it through, and I’m so glad I did!
Alongside a healthy balanced diet and Herbalife products I managed to loose body fat and gain muscle. Ashford Fit Club is unlike any other fitness class / session I’ve ever done, the coaches are open, friendly and always ready with advice / guidance on food and exercise tips, as well as encouragement.
Now a year on I’m one of those coaches. I love coming up with workouts and bonus tracks, the best feeling in the world is when someone says they have enjoyed a workout or done something they didn’t think they could do. Ashford Fit Club has given me so many opportunities and boosted my confidence. Earlier in 2016 I took part in the Race For Life organised by coach Laura, and on the 24th September 2016
I walked 26.2 miles for cancer research.
I’ve gained knowledge, confidence and skills, not to mention some awesome friends who inspire me everyday. I’m so glad I made the decision to become part of Ashford Fit Club and I can’t wait to help others on their journey!
